We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Items must be in original condition. To start a return, email us at contact.bububyaika@gmail.com with your order number.

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Bespoke and customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all measurements and details are correct before placing a custom order.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
