2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the handmade nature of our garments.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from Lagos, Nigeria. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping (2-4 business days) is available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached in original condition. Custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of bububyaika and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Production time for custom orders is approximately 2-3 weeks. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
8. Limitation of Liability
bububyaika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
